Join Our Team: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (1099 Contractor)

 
Location: Greater Greenville, SC Area / In-Home Services
Hours: Build Up to Full-Time Hours

 

Nutrio Pediatric Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, play-based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team! We provide in-home therapy that is child-led, relationship-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. Our mission is to provide intentional, evidence-based care that empowers children and families to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized speech, language, and feeding therapy to preschool and elementary-aged clients

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and set measurable goals

  • Educate and empower parents/caregivers to support therapy progress at home

  • Collaborate with other professionals (OTs, PTs, EIs, etc.) to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintain thorough documentation and track client progress

  • Travel within Greenville and the surrounding area to provide in-home or community-based services

 

Financial

We believe in pay transparency and that SLPs should have a clear picture of finances prior to applying for a position. Pay will fall into the ranges listed below and will be based on experience, specialty, and caseload availability.

Compensation: This is a 1099 position, paid per visit

  • $55–60 per treatment session

  • $70–75 per evaluation

  • $30/hr per meeting

  • Monthly stipend ranging from $0–450, dependent on the number of children seen

 

Schedule

  • As a 1099 contractor, you will determine your own schedule and caseload.

  • An ideal candidate has morning and afternoon availability and desires a caseload of 20–30 visits per week.

  • We currently have a waitlist to fill some initial spots and will assist in building the caseload to the desired number, though this may take a few weeks.

 

Skills and Competencies

  • South Carolina state license required

  • ASHA CCCs required

  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload

  • Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children

  • Experience in play-based, child-led interventions

  • DIRFloortime training/experience preferred

  • Pediatric feeding/swallowing experience preferred
