Evaluations
Initial evaluations typically last 60 minutes and are completed at the beginning of care. If you have a recent evaluation from another provider, it may be accepted in place of an initial evaluation with prior approval.

Therapy Sessions
Treatment sessions are typically 53 minutes and scheduled on a weekly basis. Depending on your child’s needs, location, and availability, bi-monthly or monthly sessions may also be possible.

Superbills & Reimbursement
Upon request, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, or for use with FSA/HSA benefits. Please note that it is the responsibility of each family to verify coverage and reimbursement options with their insurance provider.
