Insurance Information

We aim to help families clearly understand their coverage options. Please review the information provided to see if your child’s services may be eligible.

Private Insurance

We are not in-network with any private insurance providers (e.g., BCBS, Aetna, United, etc.).
However, we can provide a superbill upon request to help with:

Possible out-of-network reimbursement
Use of FSA/HSA funds

Families are responsible for verifying their benefits and reimbursement eligibility directly with their insurance provider.

South Carolina Medicaid

We are in-network only with South Carolina Medicaid Fee-For-Service plans (e.g., TEFRA).
We are NOT in-network with Managed Care Medicaid plans, including:

Molina
Select Health
Healthy Blue
Absolute Total Care
Humana

**If you also have a primary insurance, we may not be able to bill your Medicaid plan- please reach out for more information

Babynet

We can accept Babynet as your primary insurance if you choose to decline private insurance use. ⚠️ Please note: If you have a Medicaid Managed Care plan, we are unable to accept Babynet as the primary payor.
